【超市大搜查】71款預先包裝雪糕糖分逐個捉 6款較低糖低脂雪糕之選

夏日炎炎,不少小朋友都喜歡食雪糕消暑,但食雪糕也要留意甜度。TOPick走訪多間超市,比拼20個品牌71款預先包裝雪糕,結果發現,有6款雪糕是較低脂低糖之選。

據食安中心資料顯示:
- 高脂=每100克含超過20克總脂肪
- 低脂=每100克含不超過3克總脂肪

攝入過量糖增蛀牙、肥胖風險
而是次搜查各大超市71款雪糕中,大部分雪糕屬高糖高脂,如維記奶醬多雪糕甜筒,每100克含24.4克糖。據《食物及藥物(成分組合及標籤)規例》,一般雪糕的糖不得少於10%,因此雪糕很難做成「低糖」食物。而是次搜查的雀巢Dreyers 雲呢拿雪糕,每100克也含12.2克糖,不屬「低糖」食物。
消委會指,糖能提供熱量,但攝入過多會增加蛀牙、超重、肥胖和患上糖尿病的風險。註冊營養師謝詠瑩也曾接受TOPick訪問時表示,長期攝取高糖食物會加速皮膚及細胞老化;長遠而言會增患癌症、心臟病等風險。
世衞建議每日游離糖攝入量應少於總能量攝入量的10%,如:
- 60公斤重(每日能量攝入量2000千卡)的成人,每日應攝入少於50克游離糖
- 4歲女童(17公斤體重,每日能量攝入量1250千卡),每日應進食少於31克游離糖。

幼童攝取過量肪增患心臟病糖尿病風險
世衞建議脂肪攝取量應少於人體每日所需能量的30%。以一個60公斤體重(每日能量攝入量2000千卡)的成人為例,每日應進食少於66克總脂肪;而以一個17公斤體重(每日能量攝入量1250千卡)的4歲女童為例,每日應進食少於41克總脂肪。攝取過量脂肪會增加患上心臟病、肥胖症、及糖尿病等疾病的風險。

消委會又提醒,雖然預先包裝跟非預先包裝樣本的平均糖含量相若,但由於部分非預先包裝樣本的食用分量一般較大,因此糖的攝入量也相對較高。
